Kimchi Dressing

Always looking to add fermented foods to my diet. This is such an easy way to do so by turning kimchi into a salad dressing. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of kimchi

  • 1/2 cup of olive oil

  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup of water

  • 2 teaspoons of local honey

  • pinch of salt

Instructions

Put everything in a blender and mix on high speed.
